Our Sprinkler System Design, Installation & Repair Process

Step 1: Consultation & Site Assessment

We walk the property with you to understand goals, watering priorities, and budget. We evaluate sun, slope, soil, drainage, pressure, and any existing hardware, then outline zones (lawn, drip, beds) and a clear preliminary plan with pricing.

Step 2: System Design & Planning

We produce a scaled layout showing pipe routing, valve/manifold locations, controller placement, and head types (rotor, spray, drip). Design factors in head spacing, pressure/flow, sensor integration, and smart controller options for efficient water use.

Step 3: Site Preparation

We mark utilities and zones, trench along planned runs, and clear obstacles to minimize turf/plant disruption. Materials are staged and verified. If we encounter rocky soil or grade issues, we adjust the plan and review options with you.

Step 4: Install Pipes, Valves & Heads

We install mainlines/laterals, valve manifolds, and schedule-rated fittings, then pressure-test for leaks before backfill. Sprinkler heads and drip assemblies are set, leveled, and adjusted for proper arcs and uniform coverage with no overspray.

Step 5: Control Setup, Testing & Cleanup

We mount and program the controller (traditional or smart), configure start times/durations, and integrate rain/soil sensors. Each zone is test-cycled and fine-tuned. Trenches are backfilled, sod/groundcover reset, and the site cleaned.

Step 6: Walkthrough, Orientation & Maintenance

We demonstrate zone operation, manual overrides, and app access (if smart). You’ll get tips for seasonal scheduling, winterization, and basic upkeep. We also offer ongoing service—startups, blowouts, inspections, and repairs as needed.
